1. The office has positions for 37 staff members approved by the government, though only 34 have been filled due to limited financial resources. Nevertheless, hard work and teamwork ensures all tasks are successfully completed.
2. The office is currently divided into four groups, three sub-offices and has four stations.

The organizational structure of Peikee Management Office, Irrigation Agency from top to bottom includes:

1 Director, 1 Deputy Director, and 1 Chief Engineer. There are also the Engineering Division, Management Division, Finance Division, General Affairs Division, Accounting and Statistics Office, Human Resources Office, and Counseling Office. In addition, there are affiliated stations, including the Tamsui Station, Sanshih Station, Jinshan Station, and Keelung Station.

1. Maintenance, management, annual repairs, improvement, punishment of violations, flood prevention and rescue work, related to irrigation and drainage facilities above the level of small ditch gates and small drainage gates.
2. Management and regulation of water diversion, delivery and distribution above the level of small ditch gates and small drainage gates.
3. Control and assessment of irrigation working group operations.
4. Coordination and settlement of water conservancy disputes.
5. Implementation of water conservancy decrees and irrigation systems.
6. Monitoring and treatment of irrigation water quality.
7. Formulation and implementation of irrigation plans.
8. Survey of irrigation and drainage areas and cadastral information.
9. Matters assigned by the irrigation management organization.
